More Info: Certified coach Frank Green leads awesome interval workouts to help you push yourself to the next level, and there are usually only 10 and 20 runners, so you’ll get plenty of personal attention. The warm up starts and 6:30pm and the workout at 6:45pm.

When: Sundays, 6am
More Info: Certified ChiRunning instructor Bryan Huberty leads a quick injury-preventing ChiRunning technique class before every run. Routes are 6-10 miles and there are usually around 30 runners in attendance.
